Named plans instead of numbered ones, a profit split that climbs with every extra step, and a daily profit requirement lower than almost anyone else publishes.
Before the review below: this is the firm currently first in our ranking, scored on the published weighting.
✓Instant Zero carries no consistency rule at all, at any stage
✓On the other plans the cap is 15% of total profit for the payout period — checked before a payout, not a breach
✓Payouts processed within 12 hours or the next payout is automatically credited an extra 10%
✓150% fee refund: 100% in cash on the first successful payout plus 50% in Meridian Credit
✓Instant Zero, Instant Funding, 1-Step, 2-Step and 3-Step evaluations available
✓$500,000 per funded account, up to $5,000,000 through the Meridian Pro programme
The Hyper Funding names its plans rather than numbering them, which makes the range harder to scan and easier to misread. Underneath the branding is a straightforward structure: the more evaluation steps you accept, the larger the share of profit you keep. This review sets out what the firm actually publishes, plan by plan.
The Hyper Funding at a Glance
The 1-Step route covers Slipstream and Fast Track. The 2-Step route covers Downforce and Balanced. The 3-Step route covers Backmarker and Underdog. Alongside those sit Instant Funding and a HyperFutures Assessment.
Funding is quoted up to $1M. Platforms are DXtrade, MatchTrader, cTrader and GooeyPro. Automated strategies and Expert Advisors are permitted, subject to the firm’s prohibited trading policy.
Profit Splits: The Clearest Ladder in the Sector
Most firms publish one headline split and bury the conditions. The Hyper Funding publishes a ladder, and it is unusually easy to read.

The logic is explicit: every extra evaluation step you are willing to pass buys you roughly five to ten points of split. Instant Funding is the most expensive product in the range in split terms, at 70%, and that is the honest way to read an instant funding fee — not as a price, but as a permanent discount on everything you subsequently earn.
Drawdown Rules on the 1-Step
The 1-Step is the plan The Hyper Funding documents most completely, and the numbers are worth reading carefully because two of them are trailing rather than static.
The maximum drawdown on the 1-Step is 6% and it is trailing, treated as a hard breach. The firm’s homepage separately quotes a maximum drawdown of 8% static for the range, so the figure depends on which plan you are looking at — check the plan page for the product you are buying rather than the homepage headline.
The daily drawdown on the 1-Step is 4%, also trailing, and it resets every day at 5:00 PM EST. A trailing daily limit is stricter than it sounds: it follows the account’s intraday high rather than the opening balance, so giving back a strong morning can breach a day that closes flat.
Minimum Days and the 0.30% Rule
The 1-Step requires 5 trading days on the Standard variant and 3 on the Pro, with a 0.30% profit requirement per day.
That 0.30% figure is the most trader-friendly number on this page. The common requirement across the firms in our prop firm comparison is 0.5% per qualifying day — AquaFunded, Goat Funded Trader, Atlas Funded and Moneta Funded all use it. Requiring 0.30% instead means a modest green day counts, which materially reduces the temptation to force a position purely to make a day qualify. It is a small number that changes behaviour.
The Podium Payout Policy
The Hyper Funding states that approved payouts are sent within 24 hours, with a $1,000 credit if that is late. On the 1-Step, withdrawals open after 14 days and repeat every 14 days, with a $50 minimum.
A 24-hour commitment with a stated penalty is a serious policy — the penalty is what makes it enforceable rather than aspirational. The $50 minimum is also low enough not to trap small balances, which is not universal in this sector.
Does The Hyper Funding Have a Consistency Rule?
The firm does not publish a consistency requirement on the pages we read: not on the 1-Step evaluation rules, not in the Podium payout policy, and not on the homepage. That is stated here as an absence of published information, not as a guarantee that no such rule exists.
This matters because the consistency rule is the clause that voids more otherwise-successful funded accounts than any other, and because several firms apply it at the payout stage rather than during the evaluation, where a trader would never encounter it until it costs them money. Before purchasing, ask support directly whether a consistency or best-day requirement applies to the specific plan — and keep the answer in writing.
EAs, Copy Trading and News Rules
Automated strategies and Expert Advisors are permitted, subject to the prohibited trading policy. Copy trading is allowed only between accounts owned by the same trader, which is the standard formulation that permits a trader to mirror their own accounts while excluding signal-service copying.
News is restricted: opening a position within three minutes before or after a high-impact news event is prohibited. Three minutes is at the tighter end — several firms use a five or ten minute window — but the restriction only covers opening a position, so a trade already running through a release is not itself the problem.
Weekend holding is not included by default. It requires the optional Weekend Holding add-on, which is a genuine cost for a swing trader and should be priced in at checkout rather than discovered on a Friday afternoon.
Is The Hyper Funding Worth It?
It suits a trader who is willing to pass three evaluation steps in exchange for a 90% to 95% split, who trades on a low-frequency schedule where a 0.30% qualifying day is easier to hit than 0.5%, and who runs automation.
Be careful in three places. First, the trailing drawdown on the 1-Step, both overall and daily — that is a different product from a static-limit plan at the same headline percentage. Second, the 70% split on Instant Funding, which is the lowest number in the range. Third, the weekend add-on, which is not included and which turns a Friday position into a paid feature.
The Hyper Funding Alternatives
Meridian Funded — first in our ranking
The direct comparison on payouts and on split. Meridian processes payouts within 12 hours rather than 24, or the next payout is automatically credited an extra 10%. The split starts at 90% as standard — the number The Hyper Funding reaches only at the 2-Step and 3-Step — and scales to 100%. The consistency position is published rather than absent: no rule at all on Instant Zero, and a 15% cap on total profit for the payout period on the other plans. The fee returns as a 150% refund, 100% in cash on the first successful payout plus 50% in Meridian Credit, on accounts up to $500,000 and up to $5,000,000 through Meridian Pro. See Meridian Funded.
FundedSquad
The comparison for anyone whose priority is the split itself: FundedSquad pays 100% on most models, with published Consistency Score thresholds of 20% and 35% depending on the plan, and no minimum trading days on most accounts. Read our FundedSquad review, or visit fundedsquad.com.
Atlas Funded
The comparison on drawdown mechanism. Atlas states that its maximum loss is fixed from the starting balance and does not trail upward on every model except Instant Funded — the opposite design choice to the trailing limits on the Hyper 1-Step. It is covered in the ranking on our prop firm comparison.
