How did they rig the election?

Some of the voters who came to the polling station had someone else's ID card with them, or had a piece of paper with another person's ID number written on it, placed in their passport or stuck on their ID card. These fraudulent voters they voted through showing or handing these ID numbers, that belong to other persons, to their ally registrars. Moreover, some voters were allowed to vote with a photo copy of their ID card on their phone.
Various tactics were used for voter control, including:
- The voter in the precinct, who entered the booth with the ballot paper, took a photo as proof that he had selected the desired party of the persons involved in the fraud. Alternatively, another person in the precinct watched over him selecting the ‘correct’ party.
- In front of the polling station, contrary to the requirements of the law, in violation of the 100-meter distance rule, party coordinators and groups of men supervised and screened the arriving voters. The voters would be escorted to the polling station, where the voter would be picked up by another person within the station.
- In those election precincts where voting was done through the new electronic means (75% of precincts and 90% of total voters), secrecy of vote was massively violated.
- Ballot papers clearly showed who the voter had voted for, as the markers used leaked on the back of the ballot paper. The box supervisor or any other person standing at the ballot box could easily identify who the voter voted for.
Party coordinators and other persons were mobilized at or near the polling stations, who gave a certain amount of money to the voters who went to the polling station to vote.
For this purpose, a special accounting was conducted.
